I’ve found you a one-room flat. There are all conveniences: central heating, electricity, a lift, a telephone, running cold and hot water.

         It’s located in the town center. It faces the central street. A sports center, two schools, the university, three cafes, a department store, a bus stop, a chemist’s are at hand.

         This flat is a good one because there is  a wide range of facilities. It’s a ten minutes’ walk to your work. It’s a convenient place to live in.

         But there are some disadvantages. It’s noisy, dirty and polluted there. It’s full of people. Every day, particularly in the rush-hour, there are traffic jams. And there is no place to park your car. For this sum of money you can afford a more spacious flat on the outskirts or even a small house in the suburbs.
